Based in Austin, Minnesota, our All Stars organization is setup for area youth, age 14 and under, to compete in baseball tournaments throughout the Midwest. Each year our organization hosts baseball tournaments in Austin that are enjoyable, run with certified umpiring, low cost concessions, reasonable team entry fees, on excellent fields that are re-chalked and dragged after each game and have no gate fees.

NEW MBL/MBT Bat Standards

For the 2022 MBL/MBT seasons, MBL/MBT will allow the use of both USA and USSSA approved stamped bats in our leagues as well as in tournament play. The decision is in part to simplify the rules and regulations in both league and tournament play in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The following bat regulations will be in place:
Bats - The following pertains to the legality of bats in the MBL/MBT for the upcoming Fall and 2022 seasons.
9-11 year olds - Maximum diameter at the thickest part: 2 1/4", 2 1/2”, 2 5/8” or 2 ¾” with UNLIMITED weight differential and a USSSA or USA mark and meet Bat Performance Standards.
12-13 year olds - Maximum diameter at the thickest part: 2 1/4" or less with UNLIMITED weight differential and a USSSA or USA mark and meet Bat Performance Standards.
12-13 year olds - Maximum diameter at the thickest part: 2 1/2", 2 5/8”, or 2 ¾” barrel with minus 10 weight differential or less and a USSSA or USA mark and meet Bat Performance Standards.
14 year olds- Maximum diameter at the thickest part: 2 3/4" or less barrel with maximum minus 5 weight differential or less with USSSA or USA mark and meet Bat Performance Standards. (This includes 14/15A Division)

MSF bat standards
Bats: 10-12 year old teams:
Bats must:
1) have the 1.15 BPF (USSSA) or USABat stamp; or
2) have a BBCOR (National Federation) stamp; or
3) be a wooden bat
13-15 year old teams:
Bats must: 1) have the USABat stamp; or 2) have a BBCOR (National Federation) stamp; or 3) be a wooden bat
PENALTY: 1st Offense: Batter is declared out, runners return to previously occupied base, batter is ejected from the game. 2nd Offense (either by same batter or same team): Team is disqualified from tournament play.
